Overview

Cheerleading classes are open to both males and females from the age of 4 through to adults.

Cheerleading is divided into 2 categories:

Pom: pom routines emphasise strong arm motions, and include a variety of kicks and junps, leaps and turns. Poms create exciting visual effects
Cheer: cheer routines include aerial tosses, stunts, tumbling, jumps and motions. Cheer is open to girls and boys from 7 years of age

1. Dragons - our open squad for people aged from 15 years and up;
2. HighFlyers Senior Squad- our senior competition and recreational squad for children from 11-18 years of ag;,
3. HighFlyers Junior squad- our recreational squad for children from 7-10 years of age; and
4. Munchkins - our Youth squad for children from 4-6 years of age.
